With the advent of new sizes (160 x 320cm / 120cm x 240cm), porcelain stoneware is breaking out of its traditional role as a surface covering to take centre stage in any space. The idea of “Wall decor” means reducing the visual perception of the joints to create a ceramic surface that extends beyond the individual tiles. Large-size slabs are like a blank sheet in the hands of designers and visual artists.

From the first day I popped into Artisan’s showroom for a ‘browse’, I was blown away. We have wanted to renovate our bathroom for a long time now, but I kept putting it off, fearing it would be too stressful. Artisan have proved me wrong ...and then some! The whole experience from the moment I walked into their beautiful show room, has been nothing but a joy!
